Pei Li Teh​ | Director of Real World Insights
Pei-Li has over 14 years of experience in healthcare market intelligence and real world insights spanning across several markets including China and Russia. Prior to joining Vista Health, she was leading Research Partnership’s Singapore office covering LATAM, MENA and APAC. She brings with her extensive experience in managing large-scale, multi-country studies across various therapy areas, and leading workshops on market understanding, strategy formulation including war-gaming. She is part of Singapore’s National Kidney Foundation (NKF) research committee, and she also contributed/ co-authored 3 peer-reviewed publication research across APAC on oncology, asthma, women’s health. A regular speaker at conferences, she most recently presented a paper on “Urban China's Evolving Patient Journey” at the Pharma China Annual conference and “Breathing Easier with an Actionable Patient Segmentation” in Ephmra Japan. 

Andrew Eggleston | Strategic Advisor

​Andrew is an External Associate and Strategic Advisor to Vista Health. He is a clinical epidemiologist with 30+ years industry experience across Australia, Europe, Canada and Singapore. Industry roles included Global Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (Janssen), Health Economics and Outcomes Research Director, (Janssen Ortho) Snr Director Reimbursement and Health Economics Asia Pacific (Medtronic), Director Market Access Asia (Sanofi), Director Market Access and Policy JAPAC (AbbVie).  Responsibilities included establishing and managing groups which achieved product reimbursement and designed, conducted and published large prospective landmark Real World Evidence studies in dementia, schizophrenia gastroenterology, primary care and renal disease.

Joe Caputo | Founder & Managing Director

​Joe’s background and experience spans industry and consulting roles across multiple continents. He spent 14 years with GlaxoSmithKline where he worked across a number of roles including drug development, sales & marketing and UK & global health outcomes. Following a successful transition into consulting, he worked as a Principal at IMS Health, subsequently moving to Singapore in 2012 to set up and manage the Real-World Evidence and HEOR team for the Asia-Pacific region. His expertise includes RWE/HEOR strategy development, market access, health technology assessment, use of patient level data and value communications. Joe is former Associate Director for ESSEC Business School Institute of Health Economics and Management Asia-Pacific, and is currently President of the ISPOR Singapore Chapter.

Anthony Morton-Small | Managing Director

​Anthony specialises in healthcare consulting in market access, growth strategy & portfolio management with 100+ client assignments covering Asia Pacific & Emerging Markets spanning 9+ years in the region. He is also on the advisory board of MyDoc – Asia’s leading digital health player. Previously, he was Senior Principal for IMS Consulting Group’s Asia Pacific Singapore office, leading client engagements and thought leadership. His expert capabilities cover commercial excellence, commercial model innovation, launch, brand and franchise management, portfolio optimisation, emerging markets, growth strategies, market entry planning, pricing, market access, health policy, digital health and learning & development

Diana Tan | General Manager, Asia Pacific & Emerging Markets 

​Diana is a healthcare consultant, mother, avid diver and flat shoe advocate. She cares deeply about facilitating engagement and strengthening understanding between industry, doctors and patients to ultimately result in more positive outcomes for all. For over two decades, Diana has worked with clients to solve challenging business questions in both the Life Sciences, OTC and Consumer markets. Her experience cuts across silos - covering both commercial and real world. Her responsibilities as General Manager at Vista covers not only business management, but also working actively with teams to deliver projects, including designing and facilitating workshops and strategy sprints. Prior to Vista, Diana held leadership positions at Kantar Health, Double Helix and IQVIA. She is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and IEP de Paris, Sciences Po.
